About Zygmont Chiropractic Center
Dr. Colette Zygmont graduated from Texas Chiropractic College in 1986 after completing a natural science degree from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania. During the time she was in school she received a license in massage therapy, had a personal massage practice in the Houston community, and worked on the Houston Ballet. After a few years of associate chiropractic postions, Dr. Colette opened Zygmont Chiropractic Center on South Lamar in Austin and has been running that facility since 1993. She received a diplomate of acupuncture from Parker Chiropractic College in 1995 and was certified to teach yoga at OM yoga in New York City in 2002. She has studied herbs and nutrition extensively and credits her own upbringing with much of her approach to health and nutrition.
